Theny Morra is the only ledgion ever to be a dragon rider. He is a "pure" ledgion which means they have no robot parts. He has a dragon named Xessl. Xessl is a male dragon that has ion blue scales. He chose Theny at only 3 years old. He pass the Trials of Fate with Xessl. He is also the best Ledgion officer.
